What can be said about this Town House. If you want a piece of heaven and earth you have it here on entering the private entrance to Lomas De Mena. You will be amazed by the wonderful sea view. The sea views can be seen from every floor of the town house including the kitchen. The first floor consists of fully fitted kitchen, with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. This floor also contains a large under storage room and a Modern bathroom comprising wash basin, w.c. The bright spacious contemporary open-plan lounge/dinning room furnished with modern dining table and four chairs, side tables and Satellite TV, DVD player DVD's and two large deep comfortable sofas in which you can relax in and watch the panoramic views of the Mediterranean and coastal town of Benamadena for hours without even having to stand up! a few feet in front of you is the large Patio Doors leading you out to the sunny terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast and if you are up early enough get to see the Sun rise.
On the second floor you have main bathroom and your large sized two bedrooms. The main Bathroom consist of bath/shower washbasin, wc and bidet, with views to the swimming pool. The Master bedroom with double bed, bedside tables & lamps, and double fitted wardrobe and a door which leans out on to the second floor terrace/balcony where you will be blown away with the breathtaking sea views. The second bedroom consist two single beds, bedside tables & lamps, and double fitted wardrobe and also a door which opens out on to the second floor terrace/balcony where you will see the breathtaking sea views.
Rounded marble steps lead you up to the third level which is your own private roof top terrace Where you be able to chill out and watch the glorious sunsets. and be spoiled all day and night with the unrestricted beautiful panoramic views of the Mediterranean and town of Benamadena. The sunroof/terrace has a gazebo, sun lounges, table and chairs where you may want to relax with a glass of wine and watch the day go by. This space is ideal for the sun worshipers as it boast the sun all day so you really can top up that tan.
A couple of steps away is the lovely pool to cool off in on a hot sunny day, this is set in a private garden area which is only for residents so rarely gets crowded, and has amazing views over the mountains and sea!
