Hello Richard and Bernie, A bit late, but I just wanted to write to let you know what a wonderful two week holiday we had in June. The view from the balcony is stunning and the apartment was immaculately presented and very well equipped.

The local beach (a few minutes walk away) is lovely and a favorite with the boys as there are always wonderful stones and shells to be found in abundance and having the benefit of a constant sea breeze was wonderful.

We had a great time at your place and did quite a lot of sight seeing. We went to Gibraltar and did the tour or the rock again. The boys loved it, especially having their pictures taken with a monkey on their shoulders! Kathy Neill & the Boys May 2010

Thank you for the last five years of wonderful holidaying in Spain. I will never forget the first time we walked into your beautiful apartment, we were all blown away by it and your hospitality. It is a wonderful feeling knowing that we have this excellent apartment to come back to year after year. with everything in it which we could possible need, and shops and restaurants so close by. It really is a home from home now especially staying a month at a time we really get into our routine. You were also so great a few years ago helping us organise our bikes and for letting us keep them there. We love coming back year after year and your professional and friendly approach really adds to our holiday. It is just brilliant having somewhere we can relax and feel at home and have Una and Claire and their boyfriends over. My two daughters and myself have just returned from our holiday in your two bedroomed apartment in Benalmadena. We all agree that this was the most relaxing and stress free holiday we have ever had. It was our first time renting an apartment, but most definitely not our last! We will never go on a package holiday again, the service you provide is outstanding, from the airport pick up to dropping us back at the airport, it truly was like home from home. The apartment is beautifully furnished, impeccably clean and the view was amazing. The location is wonderful, so close to the beach, shops and restaurants, yet still so peaceful and quiet. Even the most minor of problems was dealt with immediately, I could go on and on but suffice to say we will most definitely be back and will recommend your properties to our friends.

Dear Richard,

Just a short note to thank you for your wonderful hospitably while we were on our recent holiday. We have never rented an apartment from someone who picked us up at the airport and took us directly to the apartment. As for the apartment, what can we say. We have been coming to Spain on holiday's for some years but have never had an apartment so luxurious, decorated beautifully and everything we needed was there. We were surprised to see you even had sand bucket's and spades for children for the beach. The view from both balcony's was breathtaking, the top balcony had the sun all day and in the evening the sun was shining on the lower balcony. It is the first time we did not want the holiday to end we were so comfortable in the apartment especially with being able to have the TV with the English channels' Marie was able to keep up with Corrie, East Enders etc. Once again Richard thank you so much for the service you provided for us, and hopefully we will be back again before the end of the year.

Once again we had a great holiday at your Apartment. The service you provide is excellent, from the collection from the Airport to the very generous Welcome pack! The Apartment itself is of a very high standard with all mod cons and all in perfect working order. First impressions were of Showhouse standard and spotless clean. We would have no hesitation in recommending you to others. In you and Bernie we feel we're made new friends!!

Denis and I spent a wonderful holiday in Benalmadena Spain from March 09 to April 09. We stayed in Lomas De Mena a two bedroomed apartment with wonderful sea views. The location of the apartment is only a few minutes walk to the Beach Front and is walking distance from a few excellent restaurants. It was ideal for us as a couple as we didn’t wish to drive and there is a local taxi rank and buses nearby. The train station is located in Arroyo de la Miel which is also nearby.

The Apartment itself has all the amenities that one needs and everything in working order. It is decorated tastefully with ample towels, sheets, etc., It is very clean, bright and airy and the Terrace is large with good sea views.

We have no hesitation in recommending this Apartment for a very enjoyable holiday.

We wanted to say what a great time we had staying in your apartment in 2007 that we have already rebooked to come back and stay again in 2008. The apartment was fantastic with everything that we could possibly need to hand.

I would just like to say I am going back to Torreon in 2008 for the 3rd time. The apartment is a home away from home with every comfort and facility. I do not believe it is possible to get a better service than that provided by Richard & Bernie. Our friends and family have also been on my recommendation and feel the same.

We had the best holiday in TORREON DEL GOLF, I'm still talking about that beautiful prom and of course the lovely beach ,we are definitely planning on coming back next year, hope you and Bernie are keeping well

Our holiday on the Costa Del Sol this year ran from the 1st. of October to the 15th. We stayed in the Torreon Del Golf complex ( owned by Bernie & Richard Ormsby). Our apartment was the 3 bedroom Duplex.
To summarise ...this was the best accomodation we've had in a long number of years on "sun holidays".

Our holiday started on a high note , we were met at Malaga airport by Richard Ormsby and taken directly to the apartment ...so much more convenient than our usual "package holiday coach" or haggling with a surly taxi driver.

The apartment, spacious, extremely well and tastefully furnished ,spotlessly clean and equipped with everything your likely to need or want, you really can travel light if you use this apartment....right down to loads of towels. The equipment includes washing machine ,dish washer , microwave, television with the main U.K.channels etc. etc.
Even if you plan on doing no housework ( and we didn't ) the setup in this apartment does make life easy.
Another nice touch was the " welcome pack", this was well thought out and got us off to a great start , and well in to the holiday .

Up to now we would mainly have had "packaged " holidays, these by and large, would have included "apartment" accomodation, even the best (and most expensive ) of these involve late night noise which is usually annoying and can be an absolute nuisance when it is bad....none of this in Torreon Del Golf....absolute quietness after dark,,just what the doctor ordered.

Another nice feature , a spacious balcony ( plus a second at the upper level) where we were happy to relax at the end of the day.

This accomodation ticked all the boxes for us ,well done to Bernie and Richard for getting the product so right.

In Aug: myself, my wife, daughter, & Mother In Law
stayed at the Arenal Golf Apartments, for 1 week I have to say that
the apart's wear spotless, spacious, & very well up to date with all the mod cons;

and the swimming pool was just so private, it was like heaven, we swam there all
day and just had a fabulous holiday.
We stayed in a lot of apt's: & hotels, on the cost-del-sol,
and none of them wear a good as what Rickard & Bernie offered us.
Richard & Bernie could not do enough for us, & and i thank you for this.
They really made our holiday a pleasant one.
We have booked with Richard & Bernie again for April 2008, & will be booking Aug; for 2 weeks.

We would like to thank you for a wonderful holiday we had there in June, also the apartment was perfectly situated on palm tree avenue, close to the beach and with a wide variety of restaurants and shops nearby, the apartment was beautiful and stylishly decorated, with all of the home comforts one associates with home. there is absolutely lots to see and do there, with buses to take you anywhere you would wish to go. We had a brilliant time there and I am bringing my daughter back in the new year and can't wait for our holiday. thanks again for a great holiday and for the hospitality shown to us!!!

In September 2007, my husband, my parents and my 2 year old toddler stayed in Lomas De Menas for 2 weeks. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had all the mod cons of a normal home environment. The balcony was very big and the sea views from it were a welcoming site every morning when we drew the blinds. You could easily get a tan without leaving the balcony as it had sunshine from morning until late afternoon - many a snack and good wine were enjoyed on that balcony! The pool was very private and you could swim there at your leisure. The location was very suitable to all our needs as there were plenty of good restaurants to choose from within a ten minute walk, including a variety of bars. The promenade to the marina was also close by and took about 20 minutes to walk too and well worth a visit. Benalmadena catered for all our different needs as we came from 3 different age brackets and I would have no hesitation heading back there. I would also highly recommend the apartments and the very friendly and helpful owners Richard & Bernie were always close at hand if you needed their advice or help with anything. P.S. pick up from the airport also included which can make a holiday so much easier to settle into."
